Welcome!

1. Hello!

Throughout my adventures as an artist and entrepreneur, I’ve seen and done some things you wouldn’t believe.

But before we go there let’s back up a bit.

As a quick note of introduction, my name is Elliot Aronow.

I help my clients launch and develop projects, businesses, and lifestyles that bring them joy, self-confidence, and abundance. I also teach them how to liberate themselves from unfulfilling corporate gigs and/or periods of creative constipation.

I’ve done time in the underground culture scene as a TV host, GQ columnist, men’s coach, fashion editor, accessories designer, creative director, record store clerk, copywriter, men’s group leader, vintage clothing dealer, startup founder, CEO coach, A&R consultant, and gourmet doorman.

While some people might call what I do a combination of uber high level creative direction, spiritual leadership, and tactical business support, what I really love more than anything is helping creators unlock their minor genius.

It’s awesome to see them realize their full potential in the material and spiritual realms.

I am of course super proud of the IP and projects I have helped my clients birth into the world, but I’m even more proud of who they had to become in order to generate income, joy, and expansion at those very high levels.

2. Let’s Make Something

Together with me, you’re going to take a project from vision and dream to execution and finished product and share it with the world.

That process of investing in your minor genius and bravely sharing your vision with the world - anti-hiding - will fill you up and teach you more about yourself than any paycheck or fancy job ever could.

Our work together is a deeply personal experience built around deep trust and commitment. And while I take my responsibility to serve you very sincerely, I don’t believe in about adding more complexity or heaviness to your life.

My leadership style uses humor and simplicity — paired with no bullsh*t accountability and loving challenges — to help you see your vision through.

3. Man About Town

Before I turned 30, I had co-founded the music discovery site RCRD LBL, collaborated with artists like the Strokes, Vampire Weekend, and LCD Soundsystem, written about men’s fashion for GQ and Playboy, hosted and produced my own TV show, Our Show with Elliot Aronow, started my own accessories brand, Jacques-Elliott, and been regularly featured in magazines including The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, Bloomberg Businessweek, Esquire, and Billboard.

I had worked, charmed, and hustled my way into some very rarified spaces within music, fashion, and pop culture that few people get to see. It was a wonderful and very expansive time.

I helped deals go down, brands get built, records get produced, clothes get designed, parties get thrown and stars get born.

My successes were many and my network was sexy.

But it couldn’t last forever.

I’d have to walk through a series of fiery initiations and ego-melting trials before I could taste the sweet nectars of creative mastery and success once again.

It was a trip all the way down to the basement, below the dirt.

And it almost destroyed me.

4. How I Beat The Demons

Like many people who achieve a grip of success early in life, I later discovered that all the things that were supposed to make me happy — like financial comfort, celebrity connections, and a closet full of bespoke suits — didn’t.

I also learned that smoking endless amounts of weed to numb my feelings, exchanging authenticity for approval, harboring jealousy towards my rockstar friends because I wanted to be creating more myself, fearing change, and being mad that the world was “mean” and “unfair” was not exactly a recipe for wealth and joy either.

My own healing and personal development journey started with many descents into the caves of money fears, addiction, hiding and avoidance, relationship issues, self sabotage, writer’s block, and depression — dark spaces I once knew so well I could have given guided tours.

I won’t lie. It was a profoundly difficult and destabilizing time for me. Survival did feel not guaranteed.

The biggest mistake I made was thinking that things would magically get better on their own.

The false belief that my problems would improve with age like a fine wine kept me stuck for way longer that it should have.

I would hate for you to make the same costly mistakes.

I’m sharing all this to let you know that if I can beat this stuff you can do it too!

As your leader and guide, I will pass along all the hard-earned lessons I have learned along to the way so that you can win.

5. The Next Step Is Yours For The Taking

I am going to help you make something incredible — something idiosyncratic and amazing and unique — and share it with the world.

By choosing to become a minor genius, you will be joining the esteemed ranks of top level creators who I have helped to produce incredible lifestyle brands, beautiful and poetic magazines, hard hitting photo shows, cinema-level TikToks, masterpiece investor decks and more.

If this sounds exciting slash scary, that is a great sign that you are ready to do this work.

You can take that first step by starting our conversation right here.

I look forward to getting to know you better and to seeing if I can help you.

Peace + Prosperity,

Elz
